I saw tomorrow, my future self and my future reality some how much better than my current self. Thinner, more attractive, more happy, more in charge. The brand new and enhanced Lisa. Like I had been searching for a serious transformation.
The transformation is happening, although not in the manner I was expecting. I needed to finally surrender into today. Into who I had been at this time. I needed to lovingly go through the existence I had been getting now, otherwise I had been not going to have the ability to produce a loving existence in to the future.
Being contained in today meant, being present with all of which i was and am today. It meant feeling that which was happening for me personally today, whether that be my self rejection and anxiety about not safe, with the expertise of magnificence which i was and am. Sometimes I needed to whitened knuckle it, it sometimes felt just like a tornado dealing with me (but still does sometimes).
